The Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center (AOTC) is a private practice that specializes in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and related conditions throughout the lifespan. We use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment and other evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to address the concerns of our clients, and we combine these scientifically proven techniques with a warm and compassionate approach to help you and your family when you need it most.
