About The Arch Initiative CIC
The Arch Initiative was established to address a gap in employability and education provision, and to tackle the marginalisation of people who live with Social Anxiety Disorder. We aim to: - raise awareness of Social Anxiety Disorders - support people to manage their condition - raise aspirations of people with SAD - provide work experience and volunteering opportunities in anxiety friendly environments - provide complete and managed pathways to employment or further education Our service is delivered by a team of highly experienced and qualified counsellors, Mental Health Practioners and Coaches. We work 1-2-1 with people to empower them on a pathway towards being able to comfortably and confidently participate in social situations, and ultimately to progress to employment.
