About The Art Of Living In Spain

Altaona Resort, Murcia’s first longevity concept to live in Spain A new build development delivering returns for your health and your wealth The Art of Living in Spain (TAOLIS) develops Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort, a long-term project created in response to a simple but increasingly important question: How can real estate actively support health, longevity, and quality of life — while remaining a solid investment? Altaona is not defined by square metres or short-term trends. It represents a new way of thinking about development, where sustainability, thoughtful design, and innovative construction methods come together to create places that truly work for people over time. Altaona has been conceived as a cohesive living ecosystem, where architecture, landscape, wellbeing, and lifestyle are intentionally integrated. A place where daily life supports healthier habits, long-term balance, and enduring value — both personal and financial. The resort reflects a growing global demand for healthy, active, and intentional living, offering an environment aligned with modern values of wellbeing, sustainability, and personal autonomy. It is a destination designed for families, residents, and guests seeking more than comfort — seeking meaning, security, and balance. At TAOLIS, every project is approached with the same mindset: to be distinctive and sustainable in every detail. From construction systems and materials to layout, functionality, and architecture, each decision is guided by ecological responsibility and long-term value creation. This commitment has allowed TAOLIS to build strong, lasting relationships with homeowners, landowners, communities, and business partners who share the same vision: capital that supports life, not just returns.
