At The Arts Quotient (TAQ) we develop compelling and inspiring leaders. TAQ is founded by Dr. Sangeetha Rajan and Swati Apte, both management professionals with a multi-disciplinary background and extensive training in the arts. TAQ delivers high impact learning experiences for business leaders. We do this by applying practices and processes from the performing arts - helping them communicate vision, connect to stakeholders, get their teams in flow and perform to potential. The strength of TAQ's approach is in the behavioral skills that we deconstruct into easily implementable tools supported by meta-learning processes that enable continued awareness and learning while in action.
