About The Assistant Factory

The Assistant Factory builds secure, enterprise-grade AI assistants purpose-built for Strata Management and Franchise Management organisations. Our platform helps strata managers, franchise head offices, and multi-site operators manage high-volume email, documents, compliance obligations, and institutional knowledge with speed, accuracy, and confidence — without compromising data security or regulatory requirements. At the core of The Assistant Factory is a multi-domain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engine that connects your approved by-laws, legislation, policies, operating manuals, contracts, and internal systems into a single trusted source of truth. On top of this foundation, we deliver practical AI tools such as: • Email Assist — categorises incoming messages, prioritises urgent issues, and drafts compliant responses directly in Microsoft Outlook • Knowledge Management Console — transforms static documents into a searchable, conversational knowledge base for staff and support teams For strata management companies, this means faster responses to owners, tenants, committees, and suppliers — with full traceability to relevant by-laws and legislation. For franchise organisations, it enables consistent, brand-aligned communication across networks while ensuring franchisees operate within approved policies and procedures. Built for sectors where accuracy, accountability, and auditability matter, our AI is fully traceable, explainable, and human-in-the-loop by default. The result: faster response times, reduced operational and compliance risk, and teams empowered with the right information at the right moment. The Assistant Factory — AI purpose-built for complex, regulated operations.
