We help beauty and wellbeing professionals counteract harmful daily work postures to build long-lasting careers through somatic movement and nervous-system based training. Our online program and workshops teach practical, body-saving techniques that fit into a busy day behind the chair or treatment bed. We partner with salons, spas, academies, and beauty schools who want to protect their team’s wellbeing and improve long-term performance and career retention. Our mission: To inspire beauty professionals to care for their bodies as deeply as they care for their clients. For all beauty professionals including hair stylists, lash artists, nail artists, makeup artists, injectors, massage therapists, estheticians, and aesthetics practitioners.
