About The Beatrice Martin Foundation

The Beatrice Martin Foundation is a student-run non-profit organization that fights to expand literacy and provide access to books. We work in advocating for a diverse selection of books in schools, joining the #BreakTheTape Campaign and mobilizing over 1,800 students across America. We have opened reading and writing programs at homeless shelters and libraries in the Coachella Valley that encourage children 12 and under to develop a love for storytelling.
