About The Big Picture People

Put your people in the picture We create unique, visual communication tools that share the big picture of your organisation with your people. Employees learn how their role and behaviour delivers your key strategic priorities. The result is engaged and aligned colleagues who contribute more. Since 1999 The Big Picture People (formerly BigPicture Learning) has helped hundreds of UK-wide and global organisations to put thousands of their people in the picture with our unique Learning Maps. We’ve combined the visual impact of video, the interactivity of a board game and the dynamics of informal discussion to bring ‘lightbulb moments’ of realisation as employees get fully immersed in the organisation’s ‘big picture’, often for the first time. Organisations that have implemented our Learning Maps have found that: VISION AND STRATEGY has been understood and embraced, so everyone understands where they’re heading and knows why it’s important - building trust and driving improved performance; ORGANISATIONAL VALUES have been brought to life and driving behaviours, so employees can see that your values support your vision, and are empowered and inspired to live them every day; POLICIES AND PROCEDURES have been demystified and re-energised, with employees feeling motivated to deliver the intent of policies because they recognise how they relate to the ‘big picture’; CHANGE LEADERSHIP has been enhanced, because change has been clarified, grasped and implemented, with employees, teams and departments understanding the way things are done and the impact they can make.
