About The Blue Coat School Birmingham Limited

The Blue Coat School, Birmingham is an independent preparatory day school offering an outstanding education to boys and girls aged 3 to 11 years. Pupils are encouraged to make the most of their talents, and to build their confidence, ability and intellect within a caring Christian environment. We continue to focus on academic achievement, whilst raising attainment in non-core subjects, through a broad curriculum which encompasses the arts, sport, music, science, languages, humanities and technology. Small classes with a high staff to pupil ratio deliver achievement that is well above the national average. Blue Coat’s unique House system further strengthens the outstanding pastoral support and warm family school environment. A registered charity, The Blue Coat School helps several children each year through means-tested bursaries for children entering Years 3 and 4. Academic and Music Scholarships offering 25% discount on fees are also available.
