About The Brick Coffee Roastery

The Brick is a specialty coffee roastery and coffee bar in Tallinn, Estonia. Our goal is to become the voice of a sustainable, traceable and transparent coffee supply chain. We believe that by advocating for these principles, we can create a coffee industry that not only produces great coffee but also protects the environment and supports the livelihoods of coffee growers and workers. We are committed to sustainability and support coffee production that minimizes environmental impact, conserves natural resources, and ensures fair wages and working conditions for all involved in the supply chain. We believe that by promoting sustainability, we can build a better future for everyone in the industry, from farmers and workers to coffee roasters and consumers.
