About The Buckeye Group

The Buckeye Group is a strategic advisory firm that fuels exponential growth and builds resilience for middle market organizations. We focus on helping our clients navigate change and accelerate growth through a framework developed over 15-years of working with business leaders. Our People Powered Profitability(TM) growth framework aligns people, purpose and process to build the structure and culture for sustainable profitability.Through our work, we help founders and teams look at themselves critically, get to the root of organizational problems, drive meaningful growth, and ultimately increase revenue. Where we step in: ---------------- • Stages of Rapid Growth • Leadership Transitions • Organizational Pivots • Strategy Deviations • Plateaus & Turnarounds • Post M&A Integrations How we support our clients: ---------------- 1. GROWTH ADVISORY Through the course of an intensive partnership lasting 3-6 months, we dive into the trenches of our clients’ organizations, working side-by-side with their executive teams to uncover new opportunities, address capacity gaps, and chart a clear, actionable path to their organization’s next stage of growth. 2. EXECUTIVE ADVISORY For established leaders looking to expand their own capacity and well-being, and for emerging leaders who could benefit from the guidance of a seasoned mentor, we support a select number of clients in a 1:1 coaching capacity. In this model, we provide counsel on business-critical decisions, advise on organizational culture, and help leaders achieve a greater sense of personal clarity and alignment.
