Across North America, we operate as: • A registered Social Enterprise in Canada • A registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States Each entity maintains compliant, country-specific donation channels to ensure transparency and accountability. Our Mission To provide mental health support, education, and advocacy for hospitality professionals — from line cooks and servers to executive chefs, operators, and hospitality leaders. What We Do • Deliver 24/7 free-to-access global mental health support specifically for hospitality workers • Provide restaurant industry mental health training and workplace wellbeing workshops • Support hospitality leadership teams with mental health education resources • Conduct industry research on burnout, stigma, and psychological safety • Reinvest fundraising and donations directly into free support services Why This Work Matters 4 in 5 (84%) hospitality professionals will experience a mental health challenge during their career. 46% would not feel comfortable discussing their mental health with colleagues.
