Runderrassen als Black Angus USA, Hereford Argentinie, Rubia Gallega, Aberdeen Angus Uruguay, Simmentaler en zelfs Wagyu. Varkensrassen als LIVAR, Iberico, Mangalitza en Veluws Landvarken. Superieure kip als Label Rouge en natuurlijk gehouden Polderhoen. Online weten de liefhebbers het allemaal te vinden. En daar geniet ik zo ontzettend van! The Butchery is het platform voor BBQ liefhebbers, maar ook voor bewuste vleeseters. Want wie liever 'goedkoop' vlees eet uit de bio-industrie moet hier zeker niet zijn.
