The Candy Bomber Foundation proudly carries forward the mission of Gail S. Halvorsen. Incorporated in 2016 as an educational charity in the state of Utah, the Foundation was founded by Gail S. Halvorsen, Denise Halvorsen Williams, and James Stewart and is recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. With a deep commitment to education, community service, and humanitarian outreach, the Candy Bomber Foundation has made a lasting impact across the world. At the heart of our mission is a dedicated team—our Board of Directors and Advisors Group. These members represent communities across the United States and Germany who have been involved in military positions, aerospace sectors, humanitarian endeavors, and family and friends of Gail S. Halvorsen. We exist because we believe in the power of education, opportunity, and service to uplift and inspire the next generation. Together, we are building a world where all generations can create change in this world—just as Colonel Gail S. Halvorsen did, one personal act of kindness at a time.
