Born out of my own struggle to find reliable childcare, I saw a gap: most agencies stop at the match, leaving families without a long-term safety net when life changes. The Care Collective was built to change that. We connect families with trusted, personally vetted nannies, night nurses, house managers, elderly caregivers, companions, and special needs care providers — backed by ongoing support long after the placement is made. 💛 For Families: We start with a 15-minute Intro Call to learn how we can support you. From there, we offer a personalized consultation and match you with high-quality care tailored to your household. 💼 For Caregivers: We’re always seeking qualified, experienced candidates to join our network.
