My husband and I jumped into the real estate world in 2009 flipping houses and buying rental properties. Then in 2014, I decided to get my real estate license so I could sell the homes we remodeled. Friends and relatives began asking me to help them buy or sell homes and my role as a Real Estate Agent took off. At the beginning of 2017, I had so much business that I asked my husband to leave his job as a medical software salesman & get his real estate license. The Carter Group was born! Today our business thrives on repeat business, and I am not ashamed to say that over 75% of our clients are referrals. I live in Knoxville and have one daughter. In my few moments of free time, I enjoy traveling to new places, volunteering at my church, reading, line dancing and visiting with friends and family. A proud graduate of The University of Tennessee, I feel that continuous education is essential. I currently have additional training as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator. I love selling real estate, but serving people is why I do it. #ServingAndSelling
