Founded in 2010 by Dr. Ross Osborn, The Center for Health & Sports Medicine is a comprehensive primary care and sports medicine practice dedicated to serving individuals and families throughout Northeast Florida. Since its inception, the practice has focused on combining evidence-based medicine with a personalized, patient-centered approach to deliver high-quality care for every stage of life. Our services include family medicine, sports injury treatment, concussion management, physical therapy, on-site X-ray and diagnostics, performance testing, and wellness programs.
