About The Center for Nonprofit Business

A vibrant, well-organized nonprofit sector is essential for communities to thrive. Across Nevada nonprofit organizations fill critical gaps in community services. With this in mind, we have partnered with the Reno+Sparks Chamber of Commerce to establish The Center for Nonprofit Business (The Center) to act as a resource to enhance the capacity of our region’s nonprofit organizations and the professionals that lead them. By investing in our nonprofit sector, The Center will help organizations be more competitive in securing and managing federal dollars, develop mission aligned networks and encourage collaboration of organizations, and offer training and development programs for nonprofit professionals, enhancing outcomes of the nonprofit sector.
