About The Center for Nutritional Psychology (CNP)

CNP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to define, develop, and promote the field of nutritional psychology (NP), the evidence-based interdisciplinary field bridging the nutritional and psychological sciences to benefit psychological health and well-being. The Nutritional Psychology Research Library (NPRL), our online research library, is a living repository housing over 3,000 research studies exploring the nutrition-mental health connection. These findings inform the development of innovative language, method, conceptualization, and Continuing Education (CE) for professionals in psychology, nutrition, and allied professions.
