About The Charleston Property Company

We are a full-service property management company in Charleston, SC. We manage condos, single family homes, and townhomes in Charleston, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Goose Creek, Summerville, Johns Island and everywhere else in the Low Country. As a family run business we take pride in treating every home we manage as if it were our own, striving to maximize rent, lower operating expenses and finding the right tenants to live in our properties. We desire long-term relationships with our owners and tenants so we put forth the effort to bring them back time and again. Don't be lost in the crowd at a Globo-Real Estate firm. We provide boutique level services with the technology of nationally accredited organizations.
