About The Circuit Factory

Since 2011, Circuit Factory has been the most effective fitness class in the UAE. Our 60-minute cardio, strength & conditioning group exercise classes have helped thousands of people lose weight and stay physically and mentally fit. We are the creators of the 28-day Circuit Factory Challenge, a complete solution to weight loss and lifestyle change. The Challenge is the core value of Circuit Factory, proving time and time again that a healthier lifestyle is possible for any one. In 2021 we launched Circuit Factory for Schools showing our commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of kids and adolescents growing up in the region.
