About The Collab Folks

Explore | Collab | Evaluate Helping teams learn, lead and work better — together. Who we are The Collab Folks is a collective of coaches, facilitators and practitioners across Southeast Asia who help teams unlock their potential and thrive in the future of work and (serious) play. We bring decades of experience in Product Management, User Experience, Agile coaching, leadership development, and organisational learning. What we do We coach individuals, teams and leaders to build clarity, confidence and capability in: * Product Thinking & Product Leadership * User Experience practice * Agile & adaptive ways of working * Collaboration, communication & cross-functional alignment * Team learning, reflective practice & psychological safety Why we do this Great products come from great people. When teams share a common language — across business, technology, design and operations — collaboration becomes easier, decisions become clearer, and value flows faster. Our work creates environments where teams can: * Learn rapidly * Experiment safely * Navigate complexity with confidence * Build long-term capability, not short-term dependency Who we work with We work with product teams, leadership groups and organisations across government, finance, tech, healthcare, logistics, media and education. How we do it We combine experiential learning, coaching, facilitation and serious play (like Cowtopia) to help teams sense, learn and act together. Every engagement is designed around your context, your people and your organisation’s change journey.
