We hope to act as disruptors in the field of consulting by creating spaces for all to Thrive, Bloom and Celebrate! We define disruption as a focus of our work that is not specific to cost cutting, numbers, lay-offs and restructuring. Our approach to our work is guided by systemic principles and the use of workforce and healthcare models from across the globe. In our initial consultations with you, we will explore what partnership you hope to create with us and your priorities for this work. We will also share details of some of the models we might consider based on this and your hope for the future. At the heart of the Collective are community and collectivistic values – the very foundation of the childhoods and values that shaped the lives of its two founders.
