It's a platform that provides a Candidate as a Service for early stage startups, improving your ability to find the right talent to build an MVP or grow your business. It operates differently from traditional recruiting. We have developed algorithms that connect candidates with the job they want. We assist not only candidates, but also recruiters who represent them by providing a platform that connects their talent with the right job opportunities, no matter where they are. Candidates come to The Colony because they find the job of their dreams. Recruiters come to The Colony because they can make use of the database of candidates they have and close more hires. Startups come to The Colony because we have the right talent for them, without requiring founders to focus on recruiting instead of their business.
