A private group of companies operating primarily within the public housing sector, Convivia is a new entrant to the market and is committed to inspiring change and creating fun communities, while equalising standards and opportunities across the social and private sector. Focused on revolutionising the public housing sector through its concept of ‘Convivial Housing’ - very high-quality housing developments that support the physical, mental and educational needs of all tenants. Convivia’s core focus is people, not just numbers. In making luxury accessible to individuals currently living in sub-standard conditions, Convivia plan to extend its philosophy into the wider community and dedicate time to marrying commercial benefit with delivering life changing spaces. Having already attracted significant investment, Convivia is now looking to scale the business and governance to match our strategy, which will double the size of our property portfolio in each of the next three years.
