The Cooking Penguin (TCP) creates incredibly delicious, diabetic-friendly desserts and recipes. TCP is founded by Marco Gaona, AJ Crawford, and Nathaniel Hosmer. Marco is the inspiration for The Cooking Penguin and his story of healthy self-discovery is one we hope to share with the world.
