The Corkscrew first opened its doors at Number 4 Chatham Street on March 24th, 2004. Despite our modest size premises we boast a huge selection of quality wines that offer individuality and value. We quickly became known as “The biggest little wine shop in Dublin” but this is about to change! Over the years we have grown from strength to strength, survived a recession and a pandemic, and this is primarily down to excellent customer service and the extensive wine knowledge of our hardworking team. Today Paul Foley and his wife FIona continue to manage and own The Corkscrew and are as passionate about all things wine as they were 19 years ago.
