About The Cotswold Letting Agency - Oxford & Cotswolds | B Corp™

The Cotswold Letting Agency is a boutique property consultancy specialising in property search, negotiation, acquisition, and the management of an exclusive portfolio of holiday, short-term and long-term lets across the Cotswolds. We’re proud to be B Corp Certified and multi-award-winning, including Gold at the British Property Awards 2024/25 (Southern) and Gold at The Negotiator Awards 2025 (Regional – South West). Our mission is straightforward: to be the trusted, go-to letting agent in the Cotswolds. We combine quality, innovation and best-in-class service with a commitment to balanced profit, ensuring our growth aligns with the wellbeing of local communities and the natural environment of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From our Cotswold stone office just off Burford High Street, we work closely with the owners of more than 100 high-quality properties, matching them with tenants who will genuinely value their homes. Our local, knowledgeable team is dedicated to the highest level of service, delivering a smooth and confident letting experience for landlords and helping tenants find their ideal Cotswold home, supported by our “Live Like a Local” insights. As a business rooted in the Cotswolds, we take our environmental and social responsibilities seriously. We’re committed to greener practices, sustainable development and contributing positively to the ecosystem and communities around us. We aim not just to manage property well, but to use our work to champion and protect the place we call home.
