About The Creative Coaching Co.

I specialise in helping creative professionals and corporate women transition into entrepreneurship or new leadership roles. With over 20 years of experience across the creative and cultural industries, my journey has taken me from television producer to entrepreneur and creative business founder. These diverse experiences have given me first-hand insight into the challenges faced by ambitious women and creative professionals — from navigating freelance careers and project-based work to overcoming burnout, stalled career progression, and limited growth opportunities. As an accredited Corporate and Executive Coach, I specialise in leadership development, business growth, and career transformation. I combine practical business experience with coaching expertise to empower creative professionals and cultural leaders to unlock their potential, build confidence, and achieve sustainable success. I’ve collaborated with major creative and cultural organisations, from national institutions to innovative startups. These experiences have deepened my understanding of organisational dynamics, leadership challenges, and the pressures faced by creatives in large institutions, SMEs, and entrepreneurial ventures. I specialise in guiding clients through career and business transitions, including: • Stepping into leadership roles • Launching or scaling creative businesses • Navigating career progression within cultural or creative sectors • Building resilience and sustainable performance
