About The Crewing Company

Since 2005, we’ve been helping clients find freelance talent to successfully deliver creative projects in media production all across the UK. Over the years, we’ve built a powerhouse network of freelance media production pros—editors, motion graphics designers, animators, VFX artists, camera operators, producers, directors, shooting PD’s, make-up artists, PMs, APs, runners and so much more! We don’t simply look for skill; we find creatives with the best attitude, work ethic, and vision to make your project shine. Based in Hackney Wick, our team love connecting our freelance talent with our clients to assist companies in creating innovative, transformative and exciting content, and help progress our freelancers careers. By launching positive initiatives like Rising Talent, hosting networking events such as TCC/Media Talks and Freelancer Breakfast Clubs, engaging with clients about their efforts to drive change, and delivering talks at educational institutions, we aim to inspire, support, and guide freelancers—ensuring the industry remains inclusive and welcoming for all for years to come.
