About The Curiosity Company

The Curiosity Company partners with not-for-profits and healthcare organisations to build the structures, systems, and leadership capability that let their people thrive. We work across three interconnected areas: organisational design and HR foundations — the role clarity, governance, workforce planning, and frameworks that everything else depends on; leadership and management capability — helping emerging and established managers lead with confidence, and helping internal HR teams own these functions for the long term; and bespoke recruitment — end-to-end, tailored hiring grounded in a deep understanding of your organisation, its structure, and what each role genuinely needs. We're not a permanent fixture. We build something lasting, then step back. Our approach is grounded in practical experience, not theory — shaped by executive and board-level leadership across NFPs, health services, and medical research. We co-design solutions, never impose them. Our Values We're Curious — we listen deeply and seek to understand before offering advice. We're Humane — behind every structure and decision are real people. We never lose sight of that. We Act With Practical Integrity — we help you navigate complexity and hard decisions lawfully, respectfully, and with care. We Work in Partnership — we work alongside you, recognise your expertise, and then step back. Doing the hard work well means never compromising people or principles.
