About The Dames Marketing & PR

With The Dames, what you see is what you get. No hidden markups. No inflated metrics. No pretending the path is easier than it is. We're Jen Carroll and Annalisa Hilliard, the founders and the team. Every client works directly with us. We know your business, we stay with your projects, and nothing gets lost in translation. The Dames Marketing & PR is a Canton, Ohio-based integrated marketing and PR agency for established businesses that compete on credibility. Our work spans brand strategy and messaging, content, SEO, digital properties, earned media, advertising, and data insights—all built around your specific goals. We started The Dames because we both spent years watching good businesses get bad marketing advice. Plenty of agencies chase shortcuts, provide inflated metrics, and implement tactics disconnected from strategy. We knew there was a better way to work, and we built it. We seek out marketing decision makers who value substance and consistency, people who understand the best path isn't always the easiest one, and that extraordinary outcomes are earned, not promised.
