About The Deli Women and Children's Centre

The Deli Women and Children’s Centre is a non-profit community service established in 1979. We support women and children, particularly those affected by domestic and family violence to live happy, safe and thriving lives connected with families and the community.   Specialising in healing and recovering from trauma we offer a range of services including domestic and family violence specialist counselling, parenting support, parenting workshops, e-safety support and therapeutic groups. We have a small, purpose-driven team with decades of expertise in the domestic violence, community services, education and corporate sector. Our goal is simple - to make sure that everyone who walks through our doors feels safe, supported and heard. We believe that strong families and communities are built on the foundation of safety and wellbeing, and we work hard every day to make that happen. If you need urgent assistance please call the Police on 000, 1800RESPECT on 1800 73 77 32 or if located in NSW, call the NSW Domestic Violence Line on 1800 65 64 63. ____________________________ The Deli Women and Children’s Centre acknowledges the traditional owners and their 65,000 years of continuous connection to the unceded lands and waterways upon which we work, live and gather; the Bidjigal, Gadigal and Kameygal people of the Eora Nation. We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
