the design COLLECTIVE was founded on the simple belief that no single person is responsible for the success of a project. There is a COLLECTIVE of people responsible for contributions to the whole, including: client, architect, consultants, contractors, and craftspeople. Ideally, all of these stakeholders work together, providing their unique talents and skills in a cohesive way to ensure the desired outcome of our mutual efforts. At “the dC”, this belief carries through the delivery process from principal to intern. It is the true COLLECTIVE that ensures the success of the project.
