My goal is NOT to have the lowest-carb products on the market—but to substantially lower the carbs without affecting quality or taste. You don't have to be diabetic to enjoy my delicious pastries & confections. Everyone with good taste—from foodies to low-carbers and diabetics—is welcome. Customization (sugar-free, reduced-sugar, sugar-added, gluten-free, etc.) is available! As a recognized Diabetes Expert, I also teach individuals and groups how to bake diabetic-friendly baked goods via my healthy cookbooks and baking demonstrations.
