About The Dissident Club
the DISSIDENT club is a cultural bar, where dissidents of the world meet. It is run by Taha Siddiqui, a Pakistani journalist in exile (Prix Albert Londres 2014). We organize live music performances like jazz and DJ nights, socio-political art exhibitions, stand-up comedy nights, open-mic poetry evenings, and documentary, film and sports screenings. We serve food and drinks non-stop, with cocktails originating from Pakistan's underground parties.
