We store all business documents - both non-current documents (obliged by law to be kept but rarely used) and current documents (documents in regular use) for companies that have outsourced their filing departments . • Long and short term storage of digital data in a secure environment, involving daily or weekly pick-up of digital data on tapes, DVD’s, etc. • Consultancy service related to filing systems, file plans, archival policies, document storage solutions, etc. • Training in all aspects of paper and electronic filing systems. • Bulk scanning and indexing of hard copy documents • Design and implementation of Document Management Systems including software solutions for archived material. • Secure destruction of documents and data • Filing solutions - where we manage your filing system for you • Selling and servicing of Fujitsu, Canon, Kodak, Panasonic scanners and Kofax® software.
