About The DREAM TA Center
The Delivering Resources, Education, Access, and Mentorship (DREAM) Center is a national technical assistance center funded by the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) within the U.S. Department of Education. The DREAM Center brings together Florida International University, Morgan State University, and United Tribes Technical College to support institutions of higher education (IHEs) in enhancing special education and related services degree programs. We are dedicated to supporting programs that prepare and train special education personnel—including professionals in early intervention, early childhood special education, special education, and related services—who serve infants, children, and families under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The DREAM Center provides technical assistance, training, mentorship, and opportunities for networking and collaboration to ensure faculty at IHEs have the tools needed for successful grant development and grant management. Together, we are building pathways to success for institutions and professionals committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with disabilities and their families.
