About The EDGE Foundation

Women, gender nonconforming and BIPOC mathematicians are drastically underrepresented in the highest levels of the mathematical sciences due to systemic barriers. EDGE puts its mission of increasing gender and racial equity in STEM into action through programs such as the EDGE Summer Program, the Karen EDGE Fellowship, and the Mary Beth Ruskai Research Fund for Women.
