The Emerging Economy is an initiative concerned with economies which haven't yet attained a developed economy, but have the intrinsic potential to become an economic hub thereby alleviating the standard of living, socio-economic development and making a significant contribution to the world's economy. This initiative was birthed following the devastating effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global economy as it caused businesses and consumers to go increasingly digital. This however, served as a huge pointer towards the gap between; developed and developing economies; the rich and the poor within emerging economies, but showed a new potential to the emerging economy and how much potential it has to contribute to the Global economy. The Emerging Economy is more focused on the untapped potential and unparalleled opportunities for socioeconomic empowerment and development through Innovation execution, economic leadership and human capital development of these developing economies rather than the glaring negative aspect.
