Amara leverages her extensive background in high-risk industries, including Healthcare, Aviation, Gas & Oil, as well as Transport and Logistics, to integrate principles of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing into her practice. As a mum of three, and a lifelong resident of Bendigo Victoria, she understands the importance of nurturing oneself to achieve optimal vitality and fulfillment. She specializes in One to One Coaching both in person and online, designing and delivering bespoke programs encompassing leadership development, wellbeing, and professional growth, both online and in facilitated face-to-face workshops.
