About The Exec Space | Virtual Assistant Support

The Exec Space is an award winning UK-based virtual assistant agency providing tailored virtual administrative, marketing, and operations support to businesses across the UK and beyond. We help businesses stay organised, visible, and running smoothly, without the stress of hiring in house. From day-to-day admin and social media, to more in-depth back-office and operations support, everything we do is built around your business and how you work best. What we support with: • Administration & back-office support • Social media & marketing (including email marketing) • Operations & workflow support • Systems, reporting & process improvements Rather than assigning you just one virtual assistant, we build a bespoke support team from our pool of experienced, UK-based professionals, all managed through a dedicated account manager. You get the right skills, the right level of support, and full continuity, all for the price of a single resource. How we work: • Retained monthly packages • Project-based support • Ad-hoc hours when you need flexibility What started as a solo service has grown into a trusted support partner for businesses across industries including recruitment, property, tech, coaching, and creative sectors. Clear communication. Transparent reporting. Tailored support that grows with you. 📍 Based in South Devon, UK | Supporting businesses in the UK and worldwide 🔗 www.theexecspace.co.uk 📧 [email protected]
