About The Falcon, Castle Ashby

At The Falcon, we believe in the profound connection between nature, history, and personal well-being. Our centre is a sanctuary where health, healing, and heritage converge, nestled within the timeless and sacred grounds of the Castle Ashby Estate. The history of this land runs deep. Owned by the Compton family since the 1500s, the Castle Ashby House was originally built in the shape of an 'E' to honor Queen Elizabeth I, and its magnificent architecture is a testament to centuries of tradition and resilience. The very air here resonates with the wisdom of the past, and we harness this amazing energy to create a space for deep personal growth and transformation. We combine leading-edge science with holistic practices, offering a unique journey to help individuals reconnect with themselves and the natural world around them. Beyond our transformative retreats, we are also dedicated to empowering professionals in the industry. We provide specialised training, offering a space to deepen their knowledge and practice in this truly inspiring and historical environment. Join us at The Falcon, where the tranquility of a historic landscape and the wisdom of nature create the perfect haven for your wellness journey and professional development.
