About The Family Wellbeing Hub CIC

We provide wellbeing consultancy, workshops, and coaching that bring emotional safety, connection, and play into workplaces, schools, families, and communities. Our consultancy supports small to medium businesses, including harder-to-reach industries, with bespoke wellbeing strategies tailored to real-life needs. We also offer K’nnekted Spark interactive, screen-free sessions, combining evidence-based science with playful strategies that can be applied at work and at home, helping teams reconnect, regulate, and thrive. Alongside group and organisational work, we offer 1:1 Clarity Plans and Coaching for parents, educators, and leaders seeking self-awareness, emotional regulation, and sustainable wellbeing. From improving focus to harmonising relationships, we create emotionally supportive environments where people feel safe, seen, and set up to succeed at work, at home, and at school. Because when adults are regulated, resourced, and connected… children thrive.
