About The Female Initiative Foundation

The Female Initiative is a revolving fund and a supportive community that helps female founders grow their ideas with confidence. We offer accessible funding, mentoring and a network that opens doors and creates new possibilities. Our approach is inspired by Radical Generosity, a way of giving that focuses on creating opportunities for one another. Every contribution continues to circulate and supports the next generation of female founders. This is how ventures flourish and how female founders grow into thriving companies and become role models for future generations. Good examples spark others to follow.
