Based in Trieste, Italy and working both locally and internationally, we support individuals, communities, and institutions to navigate deep complexity through creativity, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership. We are living through an era of systemic change—ecological, social, political, and cultural. Our work creates the conditions for transformation by reconnecting people with their creative agency, emotional intelligence, and collective capacity to lead. We offer research, facilitation, coaching, consultancy, and learning experiences that make space for new ideas to emerge and take root. Our mission is to enable a just ecological and social transition by strengthening participative democracy, fostering community-led innovation, and supporting leadership grounded in empathy, meaning, and wellbeing. We work across and connect different sectors—from youth and culture to academia, civil society, and public institutions—to enable collaborative co-creation. Everything we do is shaped by our values: inclusion, equity, peace, environmental stewardship, and a commitment to systemic change rooted in decolonisation and degrowth.
