About THE FLORA GROUP

The Flora Group Cambodia is a growing real estate development brand recognized for delivering modern, high-quality residential and mixed-use projects in Phnom Penh. Known for its focus on design, livability, and long-term community value, the group has expanded its portfolio from large-scale borey developments to high-rise condominiums and hospitality partnerships. Its flagship projects include Borey The Flora on National Road 6A—one of the area’s largest and most established residential communities—and The Flora Suites, a 38-storey condominium tower in BKK1 designed with a blend of European and Khmer architecture. The group is also developing a 36-storey Mercure Hotel in collaboration with Accor, further diversifying into the hospitality sector. With a commitment to quality construction, thoughtful urban planning, and customer-centered living solutions, The Flora Group continues to shape modern lifestyles in Cambodia while supporting the country’s rapidly growing property market.
