About the flying doctor

As 'the GP for your PC', we are the first port of call for solo business professionals and microbusinesses for any technology advice from technology ailments to technology development programs so you use the technology you already have more efficiently to make your business more successful. We understand that cash conservation and value-for-money are critical to these organisations, thus my policy is to stay way from 'insurance' models of charging. We also minimize the risk of using us as: We avoid annual contracts: our customers do use us again and that is because they want to, rather than they have to; We stay away from call-out charges and charging for travel; We only get paid by customers when we make things better, so we try harder; We provide complimentary email responses and short phone calls to questions such as advising on new purchases. Do you like spending money in your company? Nor do I! But we buy computers and tablets and phones, yet completely fail to use the opportunities these give us to make our businesses more efficient, effective and successful. Our Techgym program shows you how to spend less time huddled in the office burning money and spend more time with customers you like earning money - by using the technology you have already paid for to systemise your business, automate your business and motivate you in your business.
