Our programs are anchored in instructor-led, live training, but that’s only one pillar of our approach. The Forem’s scalable programming also includes: - Monthly 1:1 mentoring with executives, operators, and executive coaches - Ongoing, automated, skill-building nudges and reminders - Employee intros for networking & community building via our matching engine - Career tools (e.g., an accomplishment tracker) to drive sustained engagement We started The Forem because we believe all employees deserve access to leadership training, community building, and mentorship.
