About The Foundry Fighting & Fitness
We offer a number of fitness and training opportunities including a large fitness center, free weights, olympic lifting platforms, power lifting areas, cardio vascular machines, an aerobics and group fitness area, and more. Parents can enjoy their training while there children are looked after in our childcare area or involved in one of our many classes for children. We also offer an amazing martial arts facility for kids and adults and offer classes in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing. Olympic lifting classes and team training is available from Team Beaufort Olympic Lifting and we offer Tumbling and Gymnastics classes for children and teens.
